Description

You will manage and maintain production environments within a cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support production systems for product portfolios like AML/IFM, focusing on payment-related functions (e.g., Zellie Fedwire).
• Build proactive monitoring and alerting services across infrastructure components.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting languages and configuration management tools.
• Investigate performance and stability issues, conducting root cause analysis for bottlenecks.
• Provide AWS troubleshooting support across core services including EC2, S3, IAM, ASG, ELB, CFN, VPC, DX, and VPN.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure Operations or Application Support.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Ansible, Perl, Python, Ruby, Shell, PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of AWS core services.
• Hands-on experience managing 2-tier/3-tier applications.
• Experience with databases: SQL, Oracle, Postgres, Cassandra.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools: ELK, Splunk, Kafka.
• Experience tuning platforms, OS, application servers, and databases for performance.
• Troubleshooting high-severity incidents spanning multiple AWS services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in performance tuning.
