Description

You will lead cloud infrastructure management, incident response, and team mentorship across AWS, Azure, and OCI environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end incident management process, driving major incident response, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, coordinating daily activities and facilitating professional development.
• Manage cloud infrastructure services including compute, networking, storage, and autoscaling to ensure high availability.
• Implement automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to reduce operational overhead and repetitive tasks.
• Develop and validate disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure infrastructure resilience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience managing AWS services including EC2, EKS, ELB, VPC, Transit Gateway, Route 53, API Gateways, and CDN.
• Proficiency in IAM administration, SSO, and permission sets.
• Experience with cloud-native networking, storage, and management services.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory compliance including GDPR and HIPAA.
• Ability to implement monitoring, patching, and SIEM integrations.
• Experience with cost management tools and capacity planning.
