The candidate will possess deep technical expertise on technologies like AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Control-M scheduling, and Gitlab CI/CD enterprise activities. The role involves managing production environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability, and enabling automation-driven operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in monitoring/observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace, along with exposure to ServiceNow dashboards and ITSM workflows.
