Description

You manage production cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance through automation and observability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) production environments.
• Implement automation-driven operations using Gitlab CI/CD.
• Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Handle control-m scheduling and troubleshoot complex operational issues.
• Maintain ITSM workflows and ServiceNow dashboards for incident management.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and operations.
• Deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Proficiency with Gitlab CI/CD enterprise activities.
• Experience with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow dashboards and ITSM workflows.
• Experience with Control-M scheduling.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
