Description

You will manage cloud operations workflows, incident response tracking, and cross-functional technical coordination in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Track incident SLAs and manage problem records to prevent breaches during acknowledgement and closure.
• Manage Jira workflows by conducting weekly reviews, ensuring tickets are actioned, and maintaining manageable backlog levels.
• Analyze monthly trends for incidents, changes, and Hydra Chats to produce consolidated operations reports for leadership.
• Refine alerting systems by auditing existing alerts and working with US and India teams to remove redundant notifications.
• Coordinate with Network and Infrastructure teams to perform impact assessments on planned activities and manage customer communications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or operations.
• Expertise in Incident Management and SLA tracking.
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog and ticket management.
• Hands-on experience or technical understanding of Kubernetes.
• Experience managing cross-functional communication between distributed global teams.
• Ability to perform technical impact assessments for infrastructure changes.
