Description

You will manage, optimize, and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance for hosted SaaS products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve product issues identified via monitoring tools or customer reports to maintain system reliability.
• Set up and maintain infrastructure components on multi-vendor cloud platforms, primarily AWS.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and routine tasks such as backups and scaling using Git, Jenkins, Terraform, and scripting.
• Collaborate with Product Development, DevOps, and clients to address networking, security, and infrastructure concerns.
• Participate in incident, change, and problem management following ITIL best practices and maintain detailed documentation.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of industry experience in cloud operations and infrastructure management.
• Strong experience supporting SaaS solutions on AWS and proficiency with AWS Cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Kubernetes.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, and tools like Git, Jenkins, and Terraform.
• Experience with observability tools such as DataDog, NewRelic, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Proven background in customer interaction, ticket triaging, and root cause analysis.
• Experience managing upgrades and releases in cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• B.Tech, M.Tech (Dual), MCA, or B.E. degree.
