Description

You will own the operational stability and optimization of cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and remediate OS and cloud vulnerabilities via Service-Now tickets, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Implement change controls and develop Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for incidents.
• Manage commissioning and decommissioning of cloud resources and plan DR activities with application teams.
• Execute cloud migrations, site externalizations, backup, and patching procedures.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in operations roles.
• Expertise in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Strong ability to automate tasks and conduct Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Adherence to strict documentation standards.
