Description

You will manage cloud operations and financial governance across Azure and AWS environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud cost optimization by identifying waste and implementing saving plans or Reserved Instances.
• Develop and deploy Python automation for cloud governance.
• Manage cloud spend through cost allocation, tagging, and forecasting.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports to key stakeholders.
• Execute governance deployments based on established policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS hyperscalers.
• 1-2 years of experience building Python automation for cloud governance.
• Deep understanding of cloud financial governance and cost transparency.
• Proficiency in monitoring cloud spend and managing cost levers.
• Experience with stakeholder management and project management methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience using tools like Apptio.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using AWS Cost Explorer.
