Description

Lead the L3 Cloud Operations team in managing complex infrastructure incidents and ensuring service reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor L3 engineers, setting performance metrics and driving professional development.
• Oversee resolution of complex cloud incidents escalated from L1 and L2 teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor cloud resource health to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Cloud Operations or similar roles with a focus on L3 support.
• Proven experience leading or managing L2/L3 operations teams.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and industry best practices.
• Experience in incident and problem management within cloud environments.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
