You will lead infrastructure and application performance optimization, driving efficiency across compute, storage, and cloud services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics for compute, I/O, storage, and efficiency across all services and server instances.
• Optimize software components including operating systems, containers, databases, and analytics workloads.
• Drive operational efficiencies and reduce mean-time-to-root-cause (MTRC) through analytics and continuous improvement.
• Perform in-depth profiling to locate performance hotspots and implement product improvements.
• Mentor stakeholders on optimization techniques and establish architecture standards for efficient cloud infrastructure use.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on performance engineering experience.
• Strong architectural concepts in Cloud Computing and IT Infrastructure operations.
• Deep understanding of Cloud server platforms, including bare metal and virtualized environments.
• Experience creating optimal infrastructure configurations and optimization recommendations for on-premises and Cloud workloads.
• Extensive knowledge of Observability, Event Management, and AIOps principles.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and practical application.
• Experience with performance profiling tools.
• Experience developing dashboards using analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI).
