Description

You will design and deliver performance and scalability tests to ensure product success.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance and scalability tests for stakeholders.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks at the code level.
• Build technical reports and summaries detailing performance challenges and required next steps.
• Automate and simplify existing performance testing processes.
• Collaborate with product management, development, and end-users to mitigate stakeholder issues.

Required Skills

• 3 to 7 years of experience in performance and scalability testing.
• Hands-on experience with load generating tools.
• Working knowledge of cloud-based applications.
• Proficiency in scripting or coding, preferably with Python or Node.js.
• Strong logical mindset for detailed root cause analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of Cloud Native and Open Source technologies.
