Develop scalable cloud-based analysis pipelines for managing digital imaging data assets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable cloud-based analysis pipelines for research and development data.
• Implement FAIR principles in data asset management workflows.
• Manage digital imaging data assets using AWS services.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage source control with GitLab.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically EC2, S3, and Batch.
• Working knowledge of Docker for containerization.
• Experience with GitLab for version control and CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with workflow engines like Nextflow, WDL, or Snakemake.
• Experience in High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
• Background in image analysis.
