Design and evolve the enterprise platform strategy, building scalable, secure infrastructure to support IT services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the technical vision for platform engineering, establishing reference architectures for cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
• Oversee the development and implementation of Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Develop a multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategy, optimizing for cost efficiency, security, and performance across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Architect enterprise observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana, establishing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices.
• Ensure platform security alignment with zero-trust models, defining policies for automated security compliance and cloud governance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in platform architecture and infrastructure design.
• Expert proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, specifically Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Deep experience designing and managing environments across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes management and container orchestration patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation workflows.
• Experience architecting observability stacks using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud networking, identity, and security models.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and automated compliance enforcement.
