Description

You will design and deliver cloud infrastructure and network solutions within Azure Government platforms. You own the release pipeline, security standards, and networking architecture for scalable, secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and ARM templates.
• Engineer and automate platform solutions using Azure DevOps Server and Ansible CLI.
• Deploy and automate Azure Government networking, including connectivity, routing, filtering, and DNS.
• Package and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker, managing hardened OS images.
• Implement DevSecOps methodologies to automate manual controls and ensure quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure roles.
• Advanced understanding of Azure and Azure Government architecture (Gateways, Firewalls, NSGs, vWAN, vNets).
• Expertise in L2/L3 networking fundamentals, including OSPF, BGP, and VLAN.
• Hands-on experience with Azure networking technologies such as ExpressRoute and virtual network gateways.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps Pipelines and scripting.
• Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker.
• Knowledge of Azure Policy and cloud security standards.
• Experience with private and public DNS services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zscaler or Palo Alto network services.
• Familiarity with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).
