Description

You will provide technical solutions, migration assistance, and implementation support for cloud services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues related to cloud services and provide direct solutions to customers.
• Execute cloud migrations based on Statements of Work (SOW) and deliver project-based implementations.
• Analyze complex issues and track resolution progress through to completion.
• Document customer usage scenarios and maintain updated technical documentation for new issues.
• Improve team efficiency by implementing automation tools.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience using and developing on cloud platforms.
• In-depth understanding of Linux systems and command line proficiency.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Go, or Python.
• Familiarity with NTP, YUM, DNS, and firewall technologies.
• Strong computer fundamentals and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to identify technical risks and organize documentation effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-native technologies including K8s and Docker.
