Description

Design and operationalize reusable cloud platform components to support application delivery teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform services, including patterns for logging, monitoring, alerting, backup, and encryption.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to automate design patterns and platform configurations.
• Build, test, and deploy Docker images and CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless code releases.
• Partner with Information Security to implement security configurations and core security model controls.
• Create integrations between the cloud platform and third-party tools or enterprise services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering or related roles.
• Deep technical knowledge of the AWS ecosystem.
• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Scripting and automation experience using Python, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Ability to work with data formats including JSON and YAML.
• Experience building and deploying Docker images.
• Familiarity with JavaScript.
• Experience working within the SAFe framework.
