Description

Administer and support the Microsoft 365 platform, Azure services, and identity management systems to ensure reliable enterprise cloud operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Support Azure-based services and integrate them with identity and enterprise cloud operations.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline administration, monitoring, and security updates.
• Implement security and compliance technologies, including data loss prevention (DLP) and data classification.
• Maintain identity and access management via Okta, Active Directory, SAML, and SSO integrations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in multi-platform enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python for system administration and automation.
• Strong experience with SQL, including data querying, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Experience administering Active Directory, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience with Okta or comparable identity platforms, including SAML authentication and SSO.
• Ability to leverage REST APIs for system integration and data retrieval.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104).
• Okta certification or experience with Okta Workflows and SCIM provisioning.
