Description

Lead a team of 50+ technical consultants to design, deliver, and manage complex cloud-based solutions and site reliability engineering services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of 50+ technical consultants, setting goals and overseeing career growth.
• Translate client business and cloud needs into technical requirements and architectural designs.
• Drive operational efficiencies by transitioning customers toward cloud and DevSecOps operating models.
• Perform due diligence on proposed designs to identify execution risks and recommend architectural options.
• Interface with C-level stakeholders, customer architecture teams, and third-party providers to ensure engagement success.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of architectural expertise with at least 2 years of direct leadership experience.
• Deep experience with public cloud platforms including Azure, GCP, Oracle, or AWS.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub for version control.
• Technical knowledge of DevSecOps practices and containerization.
• Experience using Splunk and Power BI for reporting.
• Experience with application performance monitoring using Dynatrace.
• Proven ability to design complex architectures and manage large-scale technical cloud initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with provisioning tools like Terraform or Puppet.
• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift orchestration.
