Roles & Responsibilities:

• Automate features for web applications and Web APIs using open-source testing tools
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for testing activities
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities across different project phases and requirements
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools for comprehensive test coverage
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs throughout the software development lifecycle
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure quality standards
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet business requirements
• Monitor debugging process results and investigate the causes of non-conforming software issues
• Train users to implement solutions and stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies

Experience Required: 5 to 8 years of experience in testing with minimum 3+ years in automation testing. Typically 6+ years overall experience required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related quantitative discipline. Master's degree desirable
