Description

Lead testing strategies and automation development for storage management solutions in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Define release test strategies by collaborating with global stakeholders to understand product requirements.
• Establish and drive goals for Unit, Functional, System, Performance, and Scalability testing.
• Design and develop automation frameworks and simulators.
• Identify automation tool requirements and execute POCs to evaluate new technologies.
• Analyze customer issues with L3 and technical support teams to design targeted test scenarios.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in Unix Shell Script, Perl, and Python scripting.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Deep knowledge of Converged Storage management, Storage Provisioning, and System Management.
• Hands-on experience with Storage Area Networking (SAN) protocols including Fibre Channel, FCoE, and iSCSI.
• Proven experience designing and developing automation frameworks and simulators.
• Strong background in Functional, System, Performance, and Security testing.
• Experience working within Agile development processes.
• Ability to perform whitebox testing, including reading product code and debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Engineering degree in Computer Science or a related field.
