Description

You will provide advanced product support and handle escalated incidents within the cloud environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated support cases and incidents using standard procedures and documentation.
• Perform advanced system troubleshooting, database fixes, and monitor Windows event logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system integrations and custom configurations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and runbooks.
• Manage customer onboarding and report loading processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Windows System Administrator.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Azure services.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills for complex problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and configurations.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Services.
