Description

You will ensure system stability and SLA compliance by monitoring alerts, managing production infrastructure, and triaging technical issues across organizational departments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage technical issues across departments and manage ServiceNow tasks.
• Automate web application deployments and maintain production infrastructure.
• Provide SME support to non-IT groups and follow established escalation paths.
• Resolve issues within outlined SLAs and follow up on required action items.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in troubleshooting and maintaining software applications.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting problems of moderate scope.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work within a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes, networking concepts, and configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
