Description

Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation and upgrade projects for Utilities clients.

You will analyze business processes, configure modules, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations and upgrades within the Utilities sector.
• Configure and customize Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, and Planning modules.
• Analyze client business processes to design effective SCM solutions and resolve project issues.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Develop functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
• At least 2 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation experience specifically within the Utilities industry.
• Deep expertise in at least two Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules with practical Utilities application.
• Proven track record of at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations in the Utilities sector.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, security, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Utilities business processes, compliance, and supply chain reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM with ERP, Finance, and third-party systems.
