Description

You will design and maintain secure cloud services tailored for federal compliance requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain FedRAMP Moderate, High, and IL5 cloud services on AWS and Azure.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams through FedRAMP and IL5 certification processes.
• Develop architectural blueprints, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps for cloud infrastructure.
• Define and enforce cloud security standards to ensure compliance with industry and federal regulations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Cloud/System Architecture experience.
• Proven experience navigating FedRAMP Moderate, High, and/or IL5 processes.
• Expertise with AWS cloud services.
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud services.
• Understanding of DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (CC-SRG) and DoD Secure Cloud Computing Architecture.
• Strong background in Network Security and DevOps practices.
• US Citizenship with the ability to possess or maintain a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IL5 specific implementation details and controls.
• Advanced certifications in cloud security or architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Security – Specialty).
