Description

Design and implement secure cloud architectures for hybrid environments, ensuring minimal risk and appropriate security controls. Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Application Development teams to define guidelines and implementation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud-native architectures that meet business requirements with rigorous security controls.
• Automate data governance approvals and update security guidelines to ensure baseline sufficiency.
• Manage security for sensitive data within analytics repositories, including write-back processes.
• Assess and document security technologies, focusing on application security and data protection.
• Share knowledge across Security Platforms and technology teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Security Architecture and/or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS or Azure, specifically Redshift, Serverless compute, S3, ingest, and data preparation tools.
• Deep understanding of AWS and Microsoft Azure platform offerings.
• Expertise in IAM, cryptography, key management, and network security across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS.
• Experience with Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Cloud audit & management.
• Working knowledge of NIST, OWASP, DAMA-DMBOK, and EDM Council-DCAM frameworks.
• College degree or equivalent.
