Description

You will strengthen security posture and optimize operations through automation and site reliability engineering.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
• Manage and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews.
• Design and scale systems for redundancy, resilience, and fault tolerance.
• Set, monitor, and maintain SLOs and SLAs to ensure system reliability.
• Create clear documentation for systems, processes, and incident reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program leadership or relevant consulting.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization using Docker.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
• Deep understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems, file systems, and configurations.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including EC2, S3, and serverless functions.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, firewalls, load balancing, and VPNs.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
• Understanding of security principles including access control, data encryption, and secure coding.
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault and Terraform.
