Description

You secure and monitor AWS and Azure environments, managing cloud-native security services and responding to incidents.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security events across AWS and Azure, utilizing GuardDuty, Security Hub, Macie, CloudTrail, IAM, Config, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, and Azure Policy.
• Perform threat hunting and vulnerability assessments in cloud environments.
• Automate security operations using Python and PowerShell scripts.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Maintain and tune SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sentinel) and SOAR tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of IAM, networking, logging, and encryption in cloud.
• Experience with incident response, forensic analysis, and threat intelligence.
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell for automation.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for security integration.
• Strong experience with Splunk and Sentinel SIEM tools.
• Knowledge of CloudTrail and IAM configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SOAR tools.
• Familiarity with third-party cloud security tools.
