Description

You will design and implement cloud security guardrails and automated controls for AWS and Azure environments. Your work ensures secure deployment and configuration of services through Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud security runbooks for sanctioned services like S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Design preventive and detective guardrails using Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools.
• Implement security controls in CI/CD pipelines using Harness and GitHub.
• Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) and Python automation scripts.
• Conduct security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and respond to cloud infrastructure alerts.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Cloud Security Engineering or DevSecOps.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure security services.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and remediation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Harness or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of container security (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, CIS Benchmarks, or ISO 27001.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated industries, preferably financial services or wealth management.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Power BI for tracking and reporting.
