Description

Secure and automate cloud infrastructure through security engineering and tooling implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage security scanning and vulnerability assessments using Tenable, Nessus, or equivalent tools.
• Develop automation workflows within CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, or Jenkins.
• Maintain log management processes and oversee security tooling.
• Script automation tasks in Python, PowerShell, or Bash depending on the operating environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in security or cloud engineering.
• Significant cloud engineering experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Security Engineering background, such as previous ISSE experience.
• Proficiency with Terraform (IaC) and Ansible.
• Experience with automation and CI/CD tools.
• Hands-on experience with Tenable, Nessus, or similar security scanners.
• Ability to script in Python and either PowerShell (Windows) or Bash (Linux).
• Foundational knowledge of log management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with managed Kubernetes deployments (AKS, EKS, GKE).
• Experience with Splunk or equivalent SIEM tools.
• Knowledge of firewalls, networking, and NetFlow.
