Description

You will own cloud security operations, monitoring, and incident response across AWS and Azure environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to security events and incidents across AWS and Azure.
• Implement and manage cloud-native security services including GuardDuty, Security Hub, Macie, CloudTrail, IAM, and Config on AWS; and Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Security Center, and Azure Policy on Azure.
• Perform threat hunting and vulnerability assessments in cloud environments.
• Automate security operations tasks using Python and PowerShell.
• Maintain and tune SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sentinel) and SOAR tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of IAM, networking, logging, and encryption in cloud environments.
• Experience with incident response, forensic analysis, and threat intelligence.
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell for automation.
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Hands-on experience with Splunk and Sentinel.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SOAR tools beyond standard SIEM integration.
• Participation in incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and postmortem reviews.
