Description

Oversee security architecture and risk management within Azure cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable security solutions and policies across Azure Cloud services.
• Perform regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents using native Azure tools.
• Integrate security controls and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines via DevSecOps practices.
• Implement identity and access management controls using Azure AD.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Security with a focus on Cloud Security.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud architecture, services, and security controls.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Sentinel, Azure Security Center, Azure AD, and Key Vault.
• Experience with DevSecOps and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
• Experience conducting cloud assessments and audits based on CIS benchmarks.
• Ability to conduct security assessments and provide actionable insights.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500) or other relevant Azure certifications.
• Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
