Description

You will manage and maintain large-scale Oracle database environments across on-premises and cloud infrastructures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle multi-tenant architectures, including CDB/PDB backups, restores, and upgrades from 19c to 23ai.
• Execute database upgrades and quarterly PSU patching using OEM fleet management and provisioning tools.
• Administer Oracle APEX and ORDS environments, including setup on WebLogic and interfacing with Oracle OHS.
• Automate routine tasks and job scheduling through shell scripting and cloud shell scripting.
• Perform database performance tuning, SQL rewriting, and troubleshooting for production environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Oracle DBA experience in Linux environments.
• Extensive experience with Oracle 19c, multi-tenant architecture, RMAN, and Data Guard.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle OCI, DBaaS, and cloud automation.
• Proven expertise in WebLogic (12.2.1.3/12.2.1.4/14.1.2) and Oracle OHS setup and management.
• Strong background in Oracle APEX (19+) and ORDS (18+) administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS technologies including RDS, EC2, ELB, and S3.
• Proficiency with Oracle Enterprise Manager (13c+), SQL*Loader, and Data Pump.
• Experience managing Oracle Fusion Middleware, Apache, and Tomcat servers.

Preferred Skills

• Amazon AWS certification.
• Experience with SQL Developer, TOAD, or Grid Control tools.
