Description

You will support the Cloud Infrastructure team in managing and scaling global cloud-based services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in provisioning and supporting core infrastructure and cloud services.
• Provide advisory support for existing cloud service implementations.
• Help implement and support new cloud services and platforms.
• Prepare and publish internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct webinars and training sessions for users.

Required Skills

• Background in Computer Science or IT/ICT Engineering.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
• Knowledge of information security principles.
• Understanding of ICT operation support and standard industry practices.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automating routine tasks.
• Ability to maintain effective client relationships to meet user needs.
• Focus on process innovation and improving current system practices.
