Description

Support the Cloud Infrastructure Services team in delivering core cloud services and advisory support for existing implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, publishing, and support of new cloud services.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Conduct webinars and training sessions for stakeholders.
  • Automate routine operational tasks using scripting languages.

Required Skills

  • Current final-year Bachelor’s student, enrolled Master’s student, or recent graduate (within 1 year) in ICT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, platforms, and technologies.
  • Knowledge of networking and network security principles, including TCP/IP.
  • Familiarity with Server Operating Systems, specifically Windows Server and Linux.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Ability to write scripts to automate routine tasks.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of ICT operation support standards and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in an international, multicultural team environment.
