Description

You design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for high availability and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and reliability using OpenTelemetry and other observability tools.
• Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless service integration.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).
• Expertise in Site Reliability Engineering practices including monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
• Experience with observability tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work in an on-call rotation environment and handle production incidents effectively.
