Description

Lead the development and strategy of the internal Data Science and AI/ML platform, focusing on MLOps and Generative AI solutions within Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain MLOps platforms and Gen AI solutions using Python and GCP services.
• Develop reusable AI/ML components, including LLM, RAG, and Multi-Agent applications.
• Manage and automate CI/CD ecosystems, improving release processes and tooling.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to solve complex AIOps and Gen AI problems.
• Standardize machine learning development practices and lead paired programming initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of backend software engineering experience with Python.
• 2+ years of cloud engineering experience, specifically with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, BigQuery).
• Experience with MLOps and Gen AI, including LLMs, RAG, and Multi-Agent architectures.
• Proficiency with ML workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Kubeflow.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming in Python and C/C++.
• DevOps experience with Jenkins or Tekton.
• Container management with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash or PowerShell.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of GCP, DevOps, and Gen AI best practices.
