Description

You will lead the MLOps platform and Generative AI strategy on Google Cloud Platform, building reusable components and applications for data scientists and business partners.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MLOps platforms and Gen AI solutions (LLM, RAG, Multi-Agent) using Python on GCP.
• Manage and improve CI/CD ecosystems (Jenkins, Tekton) to automate release processes.
• Implement ML workflow orchestration using tools like Airflow and Kubeflow.
• Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to standardize ML development practices and deliver iterative releases.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
• 3+ years of backend software engineering experience in Python with strong object-oriented programming skills.
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud Engineering and Services, specifically Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, BigQuery).
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, Gen AI, LLMs, RAG, and Multi-Agent applications.
• Proficiency in container management (Kubernetes, Docker) and scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins or Tekton.
• Knowledge of C/C++ is advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience with AIOps and advanced Google Cloud services.
