Description

You will own the MLOps platform and Generative AI solution delivery on GCP for data scientists and business teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MLOps platforms and Gen AI solutions using Python on Google Cloud Platform.
• Build reusable AI/ML components, including LLM applications, RAG systems, and Multi-Agent architectures.
• Manage and improve the CI/CD ecosystem, automating release processes and resolving code issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to iterate on AIOps and Gen AI challenges.
• Lead paired programming sessions to standardize ML development practices and upskill the team.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical discipline.
• 3+ years of backend software engineering experience with Python.
• 2+ years of cloud engineering experience, specifically with GCP services.
• Experience with MLOps and Gen AI, including LLMs, RAG, and Multi-Agent applications.
• Proficiency in ML workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Kubeflow.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming in Python and C/C++.
• DevOps experience with Jenkins, Tekton, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Scripting proficiency in Bash or PowerShell.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
