Description

You will design, build, and implement cloud infrastructure services within a hybrid operating system environment. You will own the lifecycle management, capacity planning, and performance management of these solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-related solutions, including lifecycle management and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain automation functionalities, monitoring, reporting, and P-V migrations.
• Provide operational support, request fulfillment, and troubleshooting for mission-critical services.
• Manage continuous service improvement and technical analyses to meet application requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, application, and operations teams to integrate infrastructure services.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise systems operational roles, including design or implementation of large-scale solutions.
• 5+ years of experience maintaining and supporting operating systems including Windows, Unix, Linux, VMware, or ESX.
• 5+ years of experience working with converged or hyper-converged ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or computer science discipline or equivalent experience/certification.
• Experience with middleware such as DataPower, MQSeries, JBoss, Tomcat, or Kafka.
• Experience with application frameworks including Java Spring, Java Play, node.js, NginX, JavaEE, or HTML5.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, management, and change management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud certifications and ITIL V4 foundation certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
