Description

You will design, implement, and maintain virtualization and OpenStack cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy virtualization platforms including VMware, Nutanix, and OpenStack for private cloud environments.
• Develop deployment scripts, tools, and automation using Python and other frameworks.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and Terraform workflows to automate infrastructure delivery.
• Integrate OpenStack and virtualization platforms with AWS and Kubernetes for hybrid cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues to maintain the stability and reliability of cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with OpenStack components including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Ceph, Swift, and Keystone.
• Extensive experience with VMware, Nutanix, and other virtualization systems.
• Proficiency in Python and other scripting languages for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline development and software development principles.
• Deep knowledge of Linux systems administration and server management.
• Experience managing Identity Management and user role permissions.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies, storage, and networking.
• Experience with code version control, testing, and deployment workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Certified OpenStack Administrator (COA).
• Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS) or LPI certifications (LPIC-1, LPIC-2, LPIC-3).
