Cloud Solution Architect

Design and implement cloud-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform using Java microservices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design microservices architectures using REST-based API patterns.
• Implement data processing workflows using Spring Batch and Spring Integration with Kafka.
• Apply the six pillars of a well-architected framework to all cloud deployments.
• Manage infrastructure and orchestration using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with peers to solve complex technical problems and convey architectural decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 11+ and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data JPA).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google BigQuery.
• Experience designing and working with SQL databases.
• Practical knowledge of Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to design REST-based APIs and microservices.

• Any Graduate degree.
