responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support enterprise cloud solutions across Azure and Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting data platforms, AI workloads, analytics, and enterprise applications.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Google Cloud Platform Cloud Monitoring, and related technologies.
• Implement proactive operational alerting and notification capabilities, including SMS and voice-based escalation workflows.
• Support enterprise data pipelines, analytics platforms, and cloud-based storage environments including Blob Storage and Data Lakes.
• Administer and troubleshoot Informatica Cloud (IICS), Secure Agents, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Ensure security, compliance, audit logging, identity management, and least-privilege access controls across cloud environments.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support, troubleshooting platform issues, access challenges, and operational incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain platform stability, reliability, and performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support 24x7 operational requirements.
• Develop automation and operational improvements using scripting and cloud-native technologies.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.

qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience supporting multi-cloud environments, including Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
• 8+ years of experience with enterprise AI and cloud-based data platforms.
• Extensive experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Google Cloud Platform Cloud Monitoring, and enterprise logging frameworks.
• Strong expertise with Logstash and enterprise log ingestion, transformation, and monitoring solutions.
• Experience designing operational alerting and notification systems.
• Hands-on experience with Blob Storage, Data Lakes, and enterprise storage platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise data pipelines, analytics platforms, and cloud-based data ecosystems.
• Expertise with Informatica Cloud (IICS), Secure Agents, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM, network security, compliance, and audit logging.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and provide advanced operational support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building and administering Tableau Cloud environments.
• Experience integrating geospatial platforms and cloud-based data solutions.
• Knowledge of Python, Bash, automation frameworks, serverless technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes platforms such as AKS and GKE, Docker, and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with data mesh architectures, ETL/ELT frameworks, API integrations, and enterprise data standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make timely architectural decisions.
• Demonstrated ownership of platform reliability, operational excellence, and delivery outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating enterprise platform initiatives
