Description

You will lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform technologies across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Microsoft M365, Power Platform, and Azure strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Establish governance processes for citizen development, IT-assisted, and enterprise application development.
• Administer the Microsoft Power Platform environment, including policy setting, user management, capacity, and licensing.
• Implement Power Platform changes to ensure designs conform to security, normalization, and performance standards.
• Mentor team members and establish a community of practice to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on Microsoft technologies.
• 4-7 years of administration experience with SharePoint Online and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
• 4-7 years of experience in cloud computing, SaaS, and enterprise IT architecture.
• 4-7 years of experience with Azure services and integration with Microsoft products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks for security and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related technical field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive digital transformation initiatives.
