Description

You will lead the installation, implementation, and configuration of Genesys CX3 CCaaS cloud solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect call flows, IVRs, skills, permissions, roles, and data points within the Genesys platform.
• Execute migration strategies from legacy on-premise or hosted contact center platforms to CCaaS.
• Manage project lifecycles by validating designs, collecting data, and maintaining issue and change logs.
• Configure and optimize cloud platforms to ensure performance, reliability, and security for telecom applications.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and support large-scale 24x7 operational environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Telephony/VoIP with a focus on Contact Center applications.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys CX Cloud installation, implementation, and configuration.
• Proficiency with CCaaS, Genesys, Google Cloud, and AWS.
• Proven expertise in migration planning from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms.
• Strong understanding of communication infrastructure, device compatibility, and CCaaS integration.
• Experience managing vendor support tickets and technical documentation via ticketing systems.
• Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for financial institutions in the cloud.
• Experience providing technical pre-sales engineering assistance.
• Any Graduate degree.
