Description

You will design and deliver enterprise cloud solutions for customers, defining operational procedures, KPIs, and health-checks to ensure system reliability. You will identify project risks, implement mitigation measures, and improve internal processes by contributing to knowledge bases and mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Create technical solutions and present recommendations to customers based on their specific requirements.
• Define operational procedures, KPIs, monitoring setups, and escalation paths for deployed systems.
• Accelerate roadmap feature development to address customer needs and integrate feedback with Product Management.
• Identify ongoing risks and pain points, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Mentor the internal team through training sessions and convert project lessons into architectural best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise cloud solutions, including private, public, and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, Openstack, and VMWare cloud services.
• Deep knowledge of Internet protocols including TCP/IP, VPN, SSL, and HTTP.
• Experience with load balancers, networking devices, and Linux fundamentals.
• Proven ability to design high availability, disaster recovery, and fault-tolerant infrastructures.
• Development experience with database or application integration technologies.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and open-source architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Professional Cloud Solutions Architect (PCSA) Certification.
• Contributions to open-source projects or knowledge sharing via blogs and brown bag sessions.
