Description

You will design and implement containerized web applications and cloud infrastructure on AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy containerized web applications using React JS, Node JS, and Python.
• Design and deploy AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation and AWS CDK.
• Build and manage DevOps pipelines using Git, BitBucket, Jenkins, and AWS DevOps tools.
• Implement IAM requirements, security best practices, and OKTA-based authentication.
• Integrate messaging queues and NoSQL databases into cloud architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing containerized web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services: CloudFront, EC2, CloudFormation, Lambda, S3, Route53, CDK, SNS, and SQS.
• Proficiency in React JS, Node JS, Python, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• 4+ years of experience with DevOps tools: Git, BitBucket, Jenkins, MSBuild, CodeCommit, and CodeDeploy.
• 3+ years of experience building RESTful interfaces and web services.
• 3+ years of experience with messaging tools like Kafka, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• 2+ years of experience with MongoDB NoSQL databases.
• 2+ years of experience implementing IAM solutions and security best practices (KMS, IAM roles).
• AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect certification.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
• Experience presenting architecture solutions to management and executives.
