Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data solutions on AWS
• Develop and deploy PySpark applications to extract, transform, and aggregate data
• Build and maintain data models and deliver data-driven business insights
• Pretrain, fine-tune, augment, and optimize large language models (LLMs)
• Automate repetitive data preparation tasks through scripting and workflow tooling
• Identify, consolidate, and ensure integrity of data from diverse internal sources
• Maintain clear documentation of data workflows, coding standards, and methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and communicate analytical results

Required Skills

• Databricks on AWS — hands-on, production-level experience
• PySpark, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib)
• SQL and experience across varied data formats and sources
• ETL tools (e.g. Informatica)
• GenAI / LLM experience (pretraining, fine-tuning, RAG/augmentation)
• Cloud data migration (on-premises to AWS)
• Data modeling and data architecture design
