Description

You will design and implement cloud-native architectures and application modernization strategies for AWS environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and re-engineer applications to leverage AWS capabilities, focusing on microservices, containerization, and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Develop blueprints and roadmaps for scalable, resilient, and maintainable cloud solutions.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and define standards for SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Integrate applications with third-party entities, including Federal and State agencies.
• Provide architectural guidance for security, Identity/Access Management, monitoring, and database layers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in cloud architecture.
• Deep expertise in AWS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Proficiency with JPA.
• Experience with microservices architecture and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Cloud Solutions Architect Certification.
• Cloud Infrastructure Certifications.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical oversight and quality control throughout the implementation lifecycle.
