Description

You will provide subject matter expertise and end-to-end architecture for MECM/SCCM and Intune environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MECM/SCCM and Intune implementations.
• Manage Windows 10/11 imaging, OS deployment, and Windows updates for business.
• Develop and maintain compliance and configuration policies.
• Execute application creation, task sequence creation for OSD, and client health monitoring.
• Deliver technical workshops, assessments, and training to customers to improve technology adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint management and architecture.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 management and imaging.
• Hands-on expertise with Autopilot implementation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Co-management and Configuration Management.
• Ability to create and troubleshoot application packages and OSD task sequences.
• Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills.
• Fluent English oral and written communication.
• Ability to build strategic customer relationships and align deliveries with project milestones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reporting and advanced system configuration.
