Description

You will manage and optimize shared cloud environments, ensuring stability and efficient customer configurations. You will own the automation of cloud lifecycles and resolve complex networking and security issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain shared cloud infrastructure, providing ongoing operational support.
• Build and implement automation scripts for cloud lifecycle management and operational improvements.
• Resolve customer issues related to DNS, IP addressing, and firewall configurations.
• Collaborate with architects and escalation teams to reproduce and fix technical defects.
• Communicate progress, status updates, and root cause analyses directly to customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, database, or application system operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (AWS background also considered).
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Deep understanding of networking security, configurations, and cloud resource creation.
• Experience with AI model deployments and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in virtualization, OS administration, and database administration.
• Solid networking troubleshooting skills and UNIX system automation.
• Knowledge of API integration and command line scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Fabric, Azure AI Studio, Power Platforms, and CoPilot.
